Scentsy Giveaway!!!

I'm hosing my first giveaway!!!!! I am so excited! I am going to give one lucky winner a FREE Scentsy Room Spray! These are great for the car, the house, and anywhere you might want a quick spritz. They last forever, and one squirt is generally all you need.

Scentsy is a wickless, soot and lead free, completely safe candle. Wax is put into a warmer and a light bulb melts it. These are one of the only candles I have found that can make my entire house smell! I only use one cube in my warmer and can come home to a house full of one of my favorite scents! Smile empty soul

"A smile is the universal communication between two people."

While running errands today, I noticed one thing in common at most stores ... grumpy people. It's almost Friday and it was a beautiful day outside but all these people were running around with their sad/grumpy face on instead of being happy. Maybe they had reasons to be under the weather or maybe they just constantly walk around in a state of disarray.

Well I was walking on clouds most of the day and smiled a few extremely grumpy looking patrons. To my surprise, they smiled back!

It is nice to see the power of a smile. I can remember time and again when I have been in a bad mood and a complete stranger graced me with a smile. Even if it didn't change my mood, it made me feel good at least for a few minutes.

So if you get the chance, smile at some of those grumpy people out there. It is well worth it!

Apple Angers Me

It's official... I am very irritated with Apple. My computer is still not fixed and I took it in on Saturday. There was supposed to be a 3-5 day turnover rate, and here we are on day 6 and still nothing.

I called today to get an update, and the man who answered the phone was a complete jerk. He basically told me it would be fixed when they called me. I'll be calling back tomorrow as well, because this is ridiculous.

No, I'm not some Internet addict that is going through withdrawals. Instead, I'm a college student that really really really needs her computer. I had a huge paper due on Monday, and had to borrow someone else's computer through the weekend just to get by. It really makes it hard to get homework done when you have no means to do so.

Anyways, I'm ending my venting. Sorry! I just needed to get a few things off my chest. I should probably get back to work right now, seeing as how I am using "company time for once."
